Een fotoserie vol met 'Claazen' deze keer. Zo fotografeerde Ivo een nieuwe Lexion 5300 en een Lexion 7500 aan het werk. Ook zien we een oudere Dominator en een Mega aan het dorsen, aan het begin van de wintertarweoogst in Zuid-Limburg.
Frezen, maar dan anders. Tussen de knooppunten Sint-Annabosch en Hooipolder werd een nieuwe laag asfalt aangebracht. Verschillende Wirtgen frezen werden ingezet en maar liefst 44 trekkers voor de afvoer van het freesmateriaal.
We gaan naar Engeland toe in deze en de komende fotoreportages. Half augustus was de graan- en stro-oogst er nog bezig, maar ook al de stoppelbewerking. In de Fens en in Leicestershire zien we bedrijvigheid. Onder andere bij het grote bedrijf Buckminster Estate.
Na Polen is Litouwen aan de beurt. Een land dat we ooit 1 keer eerder op Agrifoto zagen. Ook hier was de graanoogst in volle gang. Wat opvalt is het enorme contrast. Van 4 dikke combines op 1 perceel tot echte oldtimers die nog hun kostje verdienen.
Al heel vroeg kwam de oogst van zaaiuien op gang dit jaar, ook in het noorden van het land. Half augustus fotografeerde Herman 3 rooicombinaties bij Mencke Landbouw en Landgoed Scholtenszathe. Ook werd een snede gras geschud.
Bijzondere rooieractie in deze Zeeuwse reportage. Bij uienhandel Goud in Biervliet fotografeerde Kees 2 zwadrooiers bezig in de plantuitjes. Zo bouwde het een nieuwe Dewulf Enduro helemaal om, om dit werk uit te kunnen voeren naast hun eveneens unieke Moreau.
This summer, Case IH launched their AF9 and AF10 combine harvesters in Europe. This follows the introduction of their yellow brothers from New Holland, that were introduced last year. These are the biggest combine harvesters offered by Case IH to date and a completely new design. The AF11 is not offered for sale in Europe, as it is a red version of the New Holland CR11, with its twin rotor design. The AF9 and AF10 feature a single rotor, which have been a distinctive feature of the Axial-Flow since International Harvester launched their first machine in 1977. The AF10 displayed in this video uses a 775 HP C16 FPT engine, making it fall in the class 10 category. It has a 20,000L grain tank and single AFXL rotor for threshing and separation. This measures 367 x 76.2 cm. The machine uses a 45ft (13.5M) MacDon draper flex header, although a 51ft version is also available. The AF10 weighs just over 23 tonnes when empty. Case IH and Sharmans Agriculture LTD introduced the new combine at Belvoire Estate in Leicestershire early August 2025. Another current product, the smaller Axial-Flow 7160 Xflow, was also on display.
High capacity straw baling into small square bales with 2 combinations: New Holland TS 115 and Case IH Maxxum 115, both with Massey Ferguson 1840 balers. The bales are then bundled into larger packs using a John Deere 6420S and brand new Arcusin Multipack E14. Two Valtra tractors can be seen loading the packs of bales. The Arcusin is shown first in hay and then straw, when all machines came together in 1 field on a lovely summer evening. The baling equipment and Valtras belong to Dutch company Fourage.nl.
